CARDIO BOX/KICK
This class concentrates on both the boxing and kickboxing techniques set into a cardio induced workout that will get the heart pumping as well as work both the upper and lower body, providing a great way to learn skills and burn calories.

CARDIO KICKBOXING
Upbeat and fun, cardio kickboxing is going to give those legs and glutes a great workout, using skills and techniques that teach proper form and burn calories all at the same time.

BOXING
The name speaks for itself. Get ready to go 12 rounds using and learning proper boxing techniques. BOXING is a great calorie burn and one amazing stress reliever. Get ready to put on the gloves and makes friends with a heavy bag, boxing ring, and numerous punching combinations.

BOXING BOOTCAMP
Unlike any other bootcamp, this class grants individuals an opportunity to cross train their bodies, mixing boxing basics with muscle toning exercises that will increase strength, tone, and muscular endurance.

EXECUTIVE STRETCHING
Prepare to experience the full body stretch. One hour of full body stretching using numerous stretching techniques to elongate the muscles and allow them to relax after a hard workout or a long day at work.(THIS IS NOT A YOGA CLASS)

FREE GYM USE
Please feel free to come in and workout on your own practicing all those newly learned boxing or kickboxing skills, using all the equipment within the boxing gym.
